Spray Painting

Here at Inovation Retail Display we have recently purchased one of the most advanced spray booths on the market to date. This helps us to achieve the great finish we look for in every spray job we do.

We have invested a lot of money in this area as a lot of the work we do is a sprayed finish, so having the best available equipment is a key aspect to achieving the perfect finish.

Quality control is in every stage of our builds where we have several employees checking the work which is being done making sure it is right and to the best standard. The spray shop is where this is really enforced making sure every square MM is perfect.

Preparation

Preparation

First stage of any sprayed job is the preparation. This will be the stage that makes a good paint job a great paint job. Inovation have realized this and nothing is spared in this stage of the job using an array of different grades of sand paper ranging from 80 for serious sanding right through to 6000 for the polishing and buffing stages of the job. There is no time wasted or saved in this area of the job for us, if it isn't perfect it will be nibbed again until this is achieved as our reputation is important and we also like to deliver only the best results for you the client.

Spraying

Spraying

All spraying is done in the 2,500 sqft spraying room which houses both the spray booths, nibbing tables, paint storage area and polishing area. All these areas are dust free area and cleaned at the start and end of the day to keep the equipment working to its full potential. We only use the highest quality products on our jobs but with the great relationship we have with our suppliers this can be created efficiently and effectively. This along with the stage before is a very important stage and needs to be applied with the highest level capable as this evidently is the colour which will be seen by the naked eye. Once this stage has been completed and left to harden the protective layer is then applied to the face. This is here to protect the paint from any little knocks or scratches it might come up against when installed. This also gives it the high gloss finish or matt finish dependant on client specifications.

Construction

Construction

Once all the spraying is completed, it then moves onto the construction of the unitary where once again the paint can be quality controlled to make sure there is no imperfections, so once installed or delivered the job is as good as it can be. Once this has been signed off for the last time this is then passed onto the installation team who will install the job and once again check for any imperfections which can be addressed on site.
